Yesterday evening I tried out something new, coconut milk. And oh my this is a good idea! So there you go.. a new favourite breakfast recipe was created! The best ideas come when the fridge is empty and you have to whip up something amazing out of nothing!
About 30 gram of oats (3 heaping tbsp)
150 ml coconut milk (light)
50 grams soy milk (to make a thicker consistency)
a splash of vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
toppings of choice:
banana, berries, goji berries, mulberries, honey roasted almonds/pecans/walnuts, maple syrup, honey or agave, kasha or beepollen… etc! Just make a party out of your breakfast bowl!
(I included raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, banana and dry roasted honey almonds)
